    You people are totally without business knowledge.You treat your paying customers with scant regard in dealing with critical issues. I have been a customer for years and the disdain treatment continues. On September 18th,2016 damage to cables in the Plantation Drive area in St Andrew were caused by a truck leaving us without telephone and internet service. we were given appointment dates for repairs to be done, those dates have passed and nothing was done and no one cares enough to give accurate and honest information as to exactly when we will again received service. The last date was October 16th.
